EOLkits does not currently offer an Organization License, enterprise account, or pre-executed Data Processing Addendum (DPA). This page is informational and does not form a DPA merely because someone visits the site or uses a free tool.
The self-serve repository evidence report processes an uploaded source artifact and purchaser email only for automated fulfillment, payment/refund handling, security, and the retention described in the Privacy Policy. Stripe, Resend, GitHub, and the hosting provider are the relevant service providers described there.
Do not upload regulated personal data, production secrets, credentials, or data that requires a negotiated processor agreement. If your organization requires a DPA before evaluating a future organization product, email hello@toledotechnologies.com with the subject EOLkits DPA research. No paid enterprise service will be created by that request.
